Dr. Wayne Lai is a Neurologist and a Sleep Specialist. Dr. Lai has practiced medicine in both the United States and Canada since 2006. He completed his internal medicine training at Seton University in South Orange, New Jersey, and his Neurology and Sleep Medicine training at Case Western Reserve University – University Hospital of Cleveland, in Cleveland Ohio, USA. In 2010 he returned to Canada and opened his practice in Kelowna, BC.

Dr. Amlani completed her training in Sleep Medicine at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. Her background includes certifications in both Internal Medicine and Respirology at Queen’s and McMaster Universities. Sleep Medicine has been Dr. Amlani’s primary practice focus since graduating including areas of sleep apnea, disorders of hypersomnolence, as well as how various disease conditions impact sleep.

Dr. Amr Elekiaby completed his postgraduate training in the U.S.A. He obtained his American Board in Internal medicine after completing his residency and chief residency at the University of Chicago program. He then completed a three-year pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Case Western Reserve University & Metro Health medical center.

Dr. Eugene Okorie obtained his basic medical diploma from the University of Nigeria and completed his residency in General and Geriatric Psychiatry in the Republic of Ireland. He obtained his Master’s in Medical Science and Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Teaching at the National University of Ireland. He has obtained specialist certifications in Adult and Geriatric Psychiatry from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
